Christina Williams began her career as a PTF City Letter Carrier in the West Caldwell Post Office on May 23, 1998. Christina was appointed Alternate Shop Steward in 2017 and elected Chief Steward in 2018. During her career she has been a mentor to the letter carriers in the West Caldwell Post Office for years before she even thought of becoming a Steward. In November of 2024 Christina was appointed Part Time Area Rep by then President Michael O'Neill. Christina succesfully completed 2 Formal A and beyond classes held by the officers of Branch 38.  Every day is a challenge, so Chriatina in constantly pursuing more training oppertunities to help better represent the members of NJ Merged Branch 38.

Fundraisning for Muscular Distrophy Association has become a passion of Christinas. The Shamrock Campaighn spearheaded by the Shop Stewards in the West Caldwell office where they have been awarded 3 hero awards for their succesful achievements in just that one office.  As a reward, we had the opportunity to attend the "Happiness is Camping" events spending the day with children and young adults suffering from this terrible desease. These events have become unforgetable moments seing the joy and laughter we help bring to thier faces. On September 21st, 2025, Christina and other branch officers introduced a new fundraiser event called "Sip and Smoke" which turned out to be very succesful, by earning 1 more dollar, as Dan Suczs would say.  Besides MDA, and mentoring, Christina also goes to the Brave Wings School in Fairfield, New Jersey where she explains to the children how important the role of a Letter Carriers is to the Postal Service. Helping kids write and mail out letters, they get so excited. In January of 2024, Christina also showed off her skills having the leading role as a letter carrier, "Heavenly Angel" at the annual Branch 38 Shop Steward training seminar in Atlantic City.  Coming from a very large family of Postal Workers, Christina has 2 amazing sons, and other family members who are very proud of the accomplisments she has made over the years.

Christina takes much pride in enforcing our contratc and helping letter carriers.
